KibooLabs LLC operates kiboo.chat. These terms apply to this website, which introduces a product still in development. The Kiboochat app is not yet available here, and these terms do not govern future app use or purchases. We will provide separate terms before either becomes available.

Who the product is for

Kiboochat is being developed for people age 18 or older who have reached the age of majority where they live. This is an ethical boundary: a Digital Pet Companion is an AI character, not a living animal or person, and we want users to understand that distinction. The app is not directed to children.

What you see here

This website may show concept art, examples, planned features, and target release windows. They may change. A video-call comparison describes the intended feel of the experience; it does not promise camera recording or a particular final interface. Kiboochat is not an emergency or professional-care service.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, or use its content in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Our work and your rights

Original website content and brand materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view them for personal use. Other uses require permission unless applicable law allows them. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
