This notice covers kiboo.chat, the prerelease website operated by KibooLabs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Kiboochat app is not available here. We will publish a separate notice about app conversations and other app data before launch.
What this website handles
When you visit, our hosting and security services may receive your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, dates and times, and error or security events. If you email us, we receive your message and the details needed to respond.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and respond to your requests. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and answering inquiries, subject to applicable law. We use optional analytics only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Our hosting and WordPress systems use essential technologies for security, caching, and administrator access. If you choose Statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, referring sites, and campaign links. Google may receive browser and device information and approximate location. Analytics is off until you opt in. Declining will not affect access to this site. You can change your choice using Cookie Preferences. Analytics cookies expire 180 days after first use. We do not use Analytics for ads or remarketing.
Who handles information, and for how long
Namecheap hosts this website and processes request and security information for us. Depending on where you visit from, this information may be processed in the United States or another country. Namecheap’s Data Processing Addendum describes its transfer safeguards. We configure archived raw access logs to be kept for 30 days. We keep ordinary email inquiries only as long as needed to answer them and handle follow-up. Security incidents or legal obligations may require longer retention. Google processes optional Analytics data for us, which may be handled outside your country. User-level and event-level Analytics data is retained for two months; aggregate reports may remain longer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or object to some uses. You may also contact a privacy regulator. To ask a question or make a request, write to info@kiboolabs.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond as required by law.
About the future app
Kiboochat is being developed for people age 18 or older who have reached the age of majority where they live. This boundary helps ensure users understand that a Digital Pet Companion is an AI character, not a living animal or person. The app is not directed to children. We will explain its data practices before it is offered.

We will update this notice if our website practices change. The effective date above will show when it was last revised.
